Greeley Fiesta is a community organization that celebrates the rich history, and culture of the Mexican people via a spectacular annual event that is enjoyable to all community members from all walks of life. It was formed in the year 2000 by the Northern Colorado Latino Coalition and began as an effort to promote Greeley and Northern Colorado as a community that fosters an understanding of diversity. This celebration supports and promotes an appreciation of diversity in the community. It was also formed in an effort to correct misconceptions about the different races in our community. It is an event that lets the residents of our community know that they are an important part of our lives, and it gives the businesses and corporations the opportunity to do as such.
